Alertus | Daemen College Case Study

The impulseGUIDE Digital Signage System, which is spread throughout the Daemen College Campus, is outfitted with the Alertus Emergency Alert System.  impulseGUIDE and Alertus have partnered to bring a seamless emergency alert system to the campus, keeping all of the students, staff, and other guests safe and informed.

In addition to alerts on our digital signage, Alertus also offers integration with their existing mobile alert system and added alerts to the classroom and office computer screens.

Daemen College is prepared to handle serious situations and made sure of this by creating a test scenario on campus.

NASPA Region II | Pittsburgh, PA | 2017!!

Our team is thrilled to not only be one of the sponsors for NASPA Region II in Pittsburgh, PA this year but we are also keynote speakers! Nicole and Taryn have the pleasure of presenting with Dr. Greg Nayor, Vice President for Student Affairs & Dean of Students at Daemen College, about how digital signage has streamlined communication at Daemen College.

Transformation Tuesday | ‘The Den’ at Daemen College

Daemen College completely transformed their dining hall this summer into a modern and comfortable atmosphere for their students. impulseGUIDE is so thankful that we were able to help out on this project and provide our digital signage at The Den. We already have our digital signage in other areas of the campus and now we have a large video wall in the middle of The Den as well as other screens placed throughout the dining hall to convey campus information to students, faculty, and visitors. We are so happy to be working with Hallmark Management Services, Inc and to expand our relationship with Daemen College.

Digital Signage at Daemen College

We love working with Daemen College! impulseGUIDE Digital Signage is all throughout the campus to help inform students, faculty, and visitors about the campus and coming events.  The recently renovated ‘Den’ now features a video wall, 4 vertical digital menu boards and two impulseBOARDS for their dining services. It also is equipped with 3 other digital screens showing all other campus information. How Daemen College thought ahead for their school year

Daemen College was definitely ready for their students & faculty to flood the campus this September! Over summer Daemen College purchased the impulseGUIDE Digital Signage system for their Wick Center & then expanded it to their Athletic Department.

They utilized our graphic design services (that are included in their monthly software licensing fee) to get their information up in no time! Not only did it welcome all of the students but it also gives them their itinerary & all of the campus events. Our easy-to-use scheduling tool is beyond perfect for them because they have so many fun things going on around campus. Once an event is over, it is scheduled to stop playing, so there isn’t any excess or old content on the screens.

All of the content can be shared throughout the campus, so they can mix and match to suit their needs. The athletic schedules are playing in the Athletic Department as well as on the Wick Center screen, but not all of the Wick Center information is on the Athletic screen because they want that one more focused on sporting events.
We are very excited to be working with Daemen College & cannot wait to see all of the great ways they will utilize our system!
